Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1โ€“3 business days.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • High order volume periods

  • Product launches or restocks

  • Holidays or unforeseen delays

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

LineBoss Filament is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an address issue:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, LineBoss Filament is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@linebossfilament.com.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on location.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional fees imposed by their country

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund
