Filament Info

Does LineBoss work with Bambu AMS?

LineBoss filament is 1.75mm material on standard 1 kg spools and is intended for common FDM setups, including Bambu A1, P1, P2, X1, and H2 series printers. For AMS jobs, verify spool clearance before leaving a long multi-color print unattended.

Should I dry the filament before printing?

PLA+ usually prints well out of the sealed bag. Dry PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, or any spool that has been open in a humid room before critical prints.

Can you help with slicer settings?

Yes. Email support@linebossfilament.com with your printer model, material, nozzle size, bed surface, and the issue you are seeing. We can suggest starting temperatures, fan settings, speed changes, and drying steps.

What if the filament does not print cleanly?

Start with the product-specific profile on the material page. If the result still needs work, send support your printer model, nozzle, plate, slicer, settings, and a clear photo so we can help isolate the cause. Product defects are handled under our refund policy.

Is the filament food safe?

Treat printed parts as non-food-contact unless you validate the full material, colorant, nozzle, printer, and finishing process for your specific use.

What should I do if a spool seems tangled or wet?

Pause before a long print, take a photo of the spool path or moisture symptoms, and contact support. We will help identify whether it is feed path, storage, drying, or a spool issue.
