Return & Refund Policy

At LineBoss Filament, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of 3D printing materials, we maintain a structured return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened filament spools

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to user error, improper storage, or printer settings

  • Clearance or final sale items


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion


Printing Issues Disclaimer

3D printing results can vary based on printer type, settings, environment, and user experience.

LineBoss Filament is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect slicer settings

  • Improper printer calibration

  • Environmental factors (humidity, temperature, etc.)

We are happy to help troubleshoot, but these issues are not grounds for a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5โ€“10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable


Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days, and we will make it right at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
