Set up the HD100 correctly

  • Load: center one spool and confirm it rotates freely before closing the lid
  • Outlet: route filament to the printer without a sharp bend or side load
  • Timer: begin with 4 hours; extend only when moisture symptoms remain
  • LineBoss targets: PLA family and TPU 50°C; PETG 70°C; ASA 75-85°C; ABS 90°C
  • Print while drying: keep the feed path short, smooth, and low-resistance
  • Placement: use a hard, level, ventilated surface and keep air paths clear
